1st Annual Scientific Symposium

Every year the AARS holds a Scientific Symposium at the Annual Meeting of the Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID). During the symposium, past AARS clinical research grant recipients present their findings and current AARS members convene from across the world highlight their work.

On Wednesday, May 9, 2012, the AARS held its first Scientific Symposium during the Annual Meeting of the Society for Investigative Dermatology (SID).

The AARS, a non-profit organization, was established by dermatologists for the dermatology medical community to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and to stimulate education and research in acne and rosacea. Through this symposium, the AARS promoted recent research findings and established a forum for positive discussion. All SID members were welcome and encouraged to attend.
